  • We operate the business by appointment only from our home in Spring Hill, Central Brisbane.

  • Available time slots are displayed when selecting your dates.

  • Yes, a deposit is required and this will be calculated at the time of booking. Upon returning your items, we will check them for damage and then aim to release the deposit in 2-3 working days.

  • No, we only charge a $70 cleaning fee if the camping equipment is returned dirty. If returned clean then there is no fee.

  • If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, a full refund will be provided.

    For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking start date, 30% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the remaining deposit refunded. If a cancellation is made between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the booking start date, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start date are non-refundable, and the full deposit will be retained.

    In all cases, any rental hire fees paid will be fully refunded. Cancellation fees apply to the deposit only and do not affect the rental amount.

Brisbane Camping Hire was created in 2022 to give people the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors without the need to store equipment or pay high entry prices.
